Sound reaches where language cannot

Sound for Regulation & Integration

Sound impacts the body through resonance and entrainment, influencing breath, heart rhythm, and brainwave states.

Through layered drumming, harmonic frequencies, and voice, each session is intentionally sequenced to guide the body toward regulation and integration. Silence is used as strategically as sound, allowing space for processing and recalibration.

These are immersive, physiology-informed experiences designed to support embodied rest.

  • Since the body is made up of mostly water, sound waves travel through tissue, fluid, and fascia, creating subtle vibrations that the nervous system responds to. This is part of what’s known as vibroacoustic stimulation where frequency and resonance influence the body on a physiological level.

As you listen, your brain begins to shift states.
Through a process called brainwave entrainment, repetitive tones and rhythms can guide the brain from faster, alert patterns (beta) into slower states like alpha and theta where the body is more relaxed, creativity opens, and deeper restoration becomes possible.

At the same time, the nervous system begins to regulate.
Sound has been shown to support activation of the parasympathetic nervous system the “rest and digest” state helping to lower heart rate and reduce cortisol

  • You’ll lie down, get comfortable and begin with a few minutes of guided breath to help the body settle.

From there, I’ll guide the session through layers of sound using crystal bowls and voice, with moments of light guidance and moments of complete stillness.
Your body does the work of receiving.
